How To Delete Data In The App

  • You can remove playlists in the App (Playlists → Manage Playlists → Delete).
  • You can clear watch history in the App (Settings → Data → Watch History → Clear All).
  • Uninstalling the App removes locally stored app data from your device.

How To Request Server-Side Deletion

If you want us to delete any server-side data related to Premium verification requests (for example, limited request logs), email us at info@synepic.com with:

  • Subject: IPTV Skillz - Delete My Data
  • Your Play Store order ID (if applicable)
  • Your app package name: com.synepic.iptv_player
  • The email address you want us to reply to

What We Delete

  • Server-side records that we can associate with your request for Premium verification (if any), subject to legal/operational requirements.

What We Don’t Control

IPTV Skillz connects to playlist/provider servers that you choose. To delete any data held by your IPTV provider, contact that provider directly.
