This Privacy Policy explains how Synepic ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the IPTV Skillz mobile application (the "App").

Important: IPTV Skillz is a media player. It does not provide TV channels or video content. You add your own playlist sources (such as M3U URLs) or connect to your IPTV provider using credentials you control.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

Playlist details you enter, such as playlist name, playlist URL (M3U/M3U8), EPG URL, or Xtream Codes server URL.
Provider credentials you enter (for example Xtream Codes username/password). These may also be embedded in some playlist URLs.
Parental control PIN (stored as a hashed value on your device).

Information collected automatically

Basic app diagnostics in server logs when you use our premium verification service (for example timestamp and IP address).
If you use Premium on Android, the App sends purchase tokens and a Play Integrity token to our verification backend so we can validate your purchase and protect against abuse.

How We Use Information

To import playlists, fetch channel/EPG metadata, and play the streams you request.
To store your preferences locally (favorites, watch history, hidden content, settings) so the App works as expected.
To verify Premium purchases (Android) and prevent fraud/abuse.
To troubleshoot and improve the App.

How Information Is Shared

Your IPTV provider and content sources: When you add a playlist URL or provider credentials, the App connects to those servers to download playlists, EPG data, images, and stream content.
Google Play services (Android): Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. For Premium verification, our backend uses Google Play Developer APIs and the Play Integrity API to validate purchase and integrity tokens.
No sale of personal data: We do not sell your personal information.

Storage, Security, and Encryption

Your playlists, preferences, and history are stored in the App’s private storage on your device. Network connections depend on the URLs you configure. Some IPTV sources may use HTTP (unencrypted); where possible, prefer HTTPS sources to protect your traffic.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can remove playlists within the App. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data.
Our servers may keep limited request logs for operational and security purposes.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post updates on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
